How it Works
It’s Easy!
- Browse the listings of spaces to get a feel for the types of workspaces our hosts have to offer.
- Fill out a short registration form here.
- Stand by for an email from the Workbar team to set up a tour schedule based on your industry, size, growth potential, transportation preferences, and preferred work style.
- After finding a space, stop by Workbar to fill out the paperwork for both your chosen workspace and your included part-time Workbar membership(s).
- Move in and enjoy!
The Costs:
Pricing varies based on the amenities, privacy, location and size of each host location.
- Dedicated Desks in open workspace (“dedicated” means it’s all yours!): $400 – $600 per month, per desk.
- Private Offices typically range from $900-$3,000 per month for teams of 1-6.
Terms:
- Pro-rated first month plus last month’s deposit required when signing up.
- Month-to-month contract with a 30 day cancellation notice.
- Teams are able to easily add or subtract desks to their membership, depending upon availability.
