Who is eligible for this promotion?

New members, as well as former members who have not been signed up at Workbar for the last 60 days, are eligible to receive this promotional discount. 

Are any offerings excluded from these deals?

Yes, Virtual Office, Community, & TeamShare memberships, current member expansions, one month memberships, & on-demand bookings are not included in this promotion.

How much is due at signing?

Coworking promotion: Your first paid month and last month's membership fees are due at signing. 

Office promotion: Your first paid month and service retainer are due at signing. 

How long can I get the 25% off discount?

You'll receive 25% off your coworking membership for up to 6 months. While your membership remains month-to-month, your discount is locked in for that full 6-month promotional period.

Your coworking agreement will renew for month 7 at the market rate of your existing membership if you do not give notice to terminate before the first day of the final month of your promotional period.  You will renew on a month-to-month term. The remaining 25% of your last month membership will be charged with your month 7 payment.

Can I get the 50% off discount for less than 3 months?

No, the 50% off discount is only valid on a 3 month term. Your coworking agreement will renew for month 4  at the market rate of your existing membership if you do not give notice to terminate before the first day of the final month of your promotional period.  You will renew on a month-to-month term. The remaining 50% of your last month membership will be charged with your month 4 payment.

How long can I receive extra meeting room coins or guest passes?

The Extra Meeting Room Coins & Guest Pass promos are available on a month-to-month membership and valid for up to 6 months. 

Please note: meeting room coins and guest passes do not roll over month-to-month, cannot be redeemed for cash value, and are non-transferable. Members must accompany their guests in the space. If you cancel your membership or switch to an ineligible plan before the end of the 6-month promotional period, the promotional benefits will end at that time.
