High Quality Shared Workspaces Engaging Events and Community

Each Workbar at Staples locations features a mixture of high quality shared workspaces and private bookable rooms. The bookable rooms can be reserved in advance and allow you to choose your setting: group meetings, two person working sessions, sound proof phone rooms, or even some private office time. We’ve set up these private rooms with teleconferencing, programming desks, stand up desks, traditional office space, and as interview rooms.

Workbar at Staples’s thriving events calendar offers a wide selection of professional, social and networking events. With startup pitches, “Lunch & Learns,” Shark Tank auditions, office hours, expert panels, running clubs, pancake mornings, and game nights, whether you want to hone your expertise or socialize, the Workbar calendar has something for you.

Same Hubs, More Spokes

Workbar’s exclusive partnership with Staples connect our urban “Hubs” with more suburban “Spoke” locations. Now members have three more places to work and set up meetings, a broader network of professionals to tap into, and more links between downtown and metro Boston.

Each Workbar at Staples locations features a mixture of high quality shared workspaces and private reservable rooms. Choose your setting: open workspace, group meetings, two person working sessions, sound proof phone rooms, or even some private office time. Of course, bottomless coffee and good company.

Each of these new spaces has a community manager to help you get the most out of your day and supports local businesses, entrepreneurs, freelancers, and other mobile professionals. You’re also joining a community with people like Ali Carter and Rachel Avery Conley.
