Yes, Virtual Office and Community memberships, or TeamSuite and event space bookings are not included in this promotion.  

Our coworking promotion applies to either a 6-month or 3-month term. You can sign up for shorter terms, but the discount will not apply. 

For coworking and office deals, your first and last month's membership fees are due at signing. 

Your agreement will renew for month 7 at the market rate of your existing membership if you do not give notice to terminate before the first day of the final month of your welcome phase.  You will renew on a month-to-month term. The remaining 50% of your last month membership will be charged with your month 7 payment.

Yes. Standard termination terms and conditions apply. 

If you sign up and start between the 1st and 15th of the month, we will backdate your Agreement to the 1st so you can still get 50% off the month.
If you sign and start between the 16th and 31st of the month, you will receive the remainder of the month free, and you will get 50% off your first full three months.

Yes! As long as you complete your booking during the promotional period, you can schedule your meeting room or day pass for a future date.
