You've heard the story before: the pandemic was over, it was time to return to work as we once knew it. But the return to a traditional office no longer seemed like the right thing to do.
"We actually had a physical office space prior to the pandemic," Director of Sales and Services Ashley Moore explained. "And then everything went remote. So when things started to shift back and we felt comfortable coming back into the office, we were looking for a solution that was more affordable and worked better for the flow of the team at that time."
That solution was Workbar. The FlexProfessionals team has a single hybrid membership. They use their meeting coins to book a conference room once a week for the whole team to gather in person.
“Our mission is flexibility, not just for our clients and our candidates, but we really walk our own talk as well," Candidate Manager Alexandra Compton said.
