Coworking promotion: No, there’s no minimum term requirement to take advantage of our coworking promotion. This is a month-to-month membership, and you’ll lock in 25% off for the entire year of 2025. However, please note that our regular cancellation policies apply. Pricing under this Offer will revert to the full list price as of December 31, 2025 for the billing period starting January 1, 2026.

Office promotion: Yes, the amount of free months you get depends on the term length you choose: 1 month free on a 12-month term, 2 months free on an 18-month term, and 3 months free on a 24-month term. Once the promotion ends, your pricing will revert to the standard rate for your office space.

Coworking promotion: Your first and last month's membership fees are due at signing.

Office promotion: Your first paid month and service retainer are due at signing. 

You can start anytime as long as the agreement is signed by January 31, 2025! The membership must commence within 60 days of the execution of the membership agreement. If you start in the middle of the month, we will prorate that month from the start date you choose! 

Yes! For coworking memberships, if you choose to upgrade, downgrade, or expand your membership at any time after signing the membership agreement, the changes will be subject to the then-current full list price at the time of modification. Please note that our regular cancellation policies apply.
