Who is eligible for this promotion?

New members, as well as former members who have not been signed up at Workbar for the last 60 days, are eligible to receive this promotional discount. 

Are any offerings excluded from the these deals?

Yes, Virtual Office and Community memberships, current member expansions, one month memberships, along with on-demand bookings are not included in this promotion.

How much is due at signing?

Coworking promotion: Your first and last month's membership fees are due at signing. 

Office promotion: Your first paid month and service retainer are due at signing. 

Do I have to sign up for a specific term length to get the discount?

Coworking promotion: Technically two months since one month agreements are not eligible for this promotion. This is a month-to-month agreement with a 25% discount for 6 months. Your agreement will renew for month 7 at the market rate of your existing membership if you do not give notice to terminate before the first day of the final month of your promotional phase.  You will renew on a month-to-month term. The remaining 25% of your last month membership will be charged with your month 7 payment.

Office promotion: Yes, the amount of free months you get depends on the term length you choose: 1 month free on a 12-month term, 2 months free on an 18-month term, and 3 months free on a 24-month term.

Can I sign up for a shorter term and still get the discount?

Yes! However, one month coworking memberships are not eligible for the discount.

What happens after the promotional period?

Your coworking agreement will renew for month 7 at the market rate of your existing membership if you do not give notice to terminate before the first day of the final month of your promotional period.  You will renew on a month-to-month term. The remaining 25% of your last month membership will be charged with your month 7 payment.

Can I cancel my coworking membership after the 6 months?

Yes. Standard termination terms and conditions apply. 

What happens if I sign up in the middle of a month?

If you sign up mid-month, we’ll prorate your first month’s fee based on your start date.
