The provision of customized audio-visual and IT setups for meeting rooms tailored to the specific requirements of the Member.
Dedicated Bandwidth 100MB
The allocation of 100Mbps internet speed exclusively for the Member’s connection, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
Dedicated Bandwidth 250MB
The allocation of 250Mbps internet speed exclusively for the Member’s connection, ensuring high-performance and reliable service.
Dedicated SSID
The provision of a unique Wi-Fi network name (SSID) dedicated to the Member’s team or business, separate from the shared coworking network, for enhanced security and performance.
Help Desk
Basic technical support services available during business hours to assist the Member with common IT issues and troubleshooting.
Meeting Room IT
The provision of IT support and infrastructure for audio-visual equipment, video conferencing, and connectivity in meeting rooms.
On-Site Set-Up Support
Up to 10 hours of assistance with the initial setup and configuration of the Member’s IT equipment within the coworking space, including support for network configuration (Confirmation and provisioning of Static and Reserved IPs, setup of VLAN, WiFi, and network access controls, and/or setup of VPNs and advanced network settings to ensure secure and efficient connectivity), user training and orientation to the Workbar environment, and custom configuration (tailoring specific hardware and software based on the organization requirements).
Public Static IP
Provides a static IP address for the Member, ensuring a consistent IP address for services or devices connected to the public internet.
Remote IT Support
Technical support services provided remotely, allowing for the diagnosis and resolution of IT issues without the need for on-site intervention.
Reserved LAN IP
Assigning a dedicated local network IP address for the Member’s devices, ensuring consistent network access within the coworking space.
Secure Public Wi-Fi
A secure, high-speed wireless internet connection available to all Members and guests throughout the coworking space.
Secure Rack Space
Providing reserved, secure space within a shared server rack for the Member’s IT equipment.
Shared Network Printing
Access to a centrally located printer on the coworking network, enabling the Member to print documents directly from their devices.
VPN Access Support
Assistance with the setup and maintenance of Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections to ensure secure remote access for the Member.
Wired Ethernet
The provision of dedicated Ethernet ports at select desks and offices within the coworking space, offering faster and more stable internet connectivity.
