With locations spread across Greater Boston, our extensive network includes over 180,000 square feet of space in 11 prime locations, making this the most adaptable program available for supporting hybrid work models. This product works because each of our locations is meticulously crafted, with 70% of the space dedicated to flexible work environments accessible to your team. This design ensures that every area is optimized for productivity and collaboration, tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern workforces—whether it’s collaborating with colleagues, participating in virtual meetings, or focusing on solo tasks. At every Workbar location, your team will benefit from access to four distinct coworking neighborhoods, a range of tech-enabled meeting rooms of various sizes, an ample number of phone booths, dedicated mother’s rooms, and even fully-equipped podcast studios.

Each TeamShare Pass is $249/month and includes:

• 10 access days per month during standard business hours across all locations
• 200 coins to reserve meeting room time
• 1 user simultaneous in the space
• 5 pass minimum
• Each pass is shareable by up to 4 people

For example, if a company has 40 employees and purchases 10 passes, the entire team shares 100 access days per month. This setup allows up to 10 employees to be in the space simultaneously. Thus, 5 employees could utilize the space every weekday of the month, or 10 employees could use it two days a week, with additional days available for flexible use as needed. The cost for this option is $2,490/month.
